Shady’s Paw Animal Rescue is a non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for the educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. Shady’s Paw Animal Rescue’s purpose is to improve the lives of cats and the people who care for them in Lake Holiday and the surrounding areas through 1) TNR and colony management, 2) fostering and adoptions, 3) educating the public on best practices for feline care in the home or colony setting, and 4) supporting the needs of cats in the communities we serve.
