The Feline Rescue Association is a 501(c)(3) rescue organization operating out of foster homes in the Baltimore area. We are dedicated to our work with stray, abandoned and feral cats through rescue, adoption, and spay/neuter. Founded June 2007, the Feline Rescue Association works with street cats in some of the worst neighborhoods in Baltimore. We also pull cats who are facing euthanasia as space allows. The majority of our cats are kept in private foster homes.
