Since this time, we have assisted in the placement of thousands of pets across south Alabama. Troy Animal Rescue Project is a 501c3 non-profit, no-kill, volunteer rescue organization serving Pike County, AL and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to rescuing pets left homeless, pets given up by their owners, pets in abuse/neglect situations, and pets at risk for euthanasia at local shelters. We are completely run by private donations. We do not receive any funding from our city, county, or state governments.
