Tuff Start Rescue was started in 2011 at St. Francis Veterinary Clinic in Isanit Minnesota. We rescue dogs and cats that would otherwise be euthinized due to full impounds, health problems, financial constraints, or just for being just being stray or feral (cat). We are a foster based, non profit organization and rely soley on dontations to care for these animails and to give them a second chance at the life they deserve. We have rescued and adopted hundreds of animals so far.
