Whatcom Feline Alliance is a no kill, pro-TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) foster care system based “virtual” shelter with the primary mission of saving and improving the lives of the Whatcom County Feline population. WFA offers low cost spay/neuter to Whatcom County felines and we always have cats available for adoption inside the Bellingham Petsmart.
