Our organization,\xa0Wynne Friends of Animals,\xa0owns and operates, The Wynne Animal Rescue Shelter.\xa0 Our shelter\xa0is a true, in every sense of the word, no kill, rehabilitative sanctuary,\xa0located in the northeast corner of Arkansas, just across the Mississippi River, (approximately 45 minutes), west\xa0of\xa0Memphis, Tennessee.\xa0 We are\xa0a totally private shelter / sanctuary, and not owned or operated, by any city, county, or state agency. \tWe are\xa0funded by adoption fees, charitable contributions, fundraisers, grants, much appreciated charitable monies received from the City of Wynne,\xa0as well as\xa0funds\xa0generated by our on site\xa0veterinary clinic,\xa0built and opened in 2011, to care for\xa0our animals, as well as being\xa0open to the general public.
